Feel Good Living

The Feel Good life is an intentional life.

It’s not about living like us. It’s about making more conscious choices about how you spend your time, who you spend it with and what you want your life to feel like.

Living intentionally

You don’t have to change everything. But you can choose something.

Where it began

For us, intentional living started with a simple question about how we really wanted to spend our lives.

The answer happened to involve selling almost everything we owned, buying a caravan and travelling Australia with our son. That was our answer. It doesn’t have to be yours.

Living intentionally can be much smaller than that. It can mean putting the phone down and being present with your kids. Taking the trip you keep talking about. Looking after your health. Making time for something you love. Saying no to what doesn’t matter so you have more room for what does.

Sometimes it means making a big change. Sometimes it’s simply noticing how you’re spending your days.

The Feel Good life isn’t about a perfect life. It’s about being deliberate with the one you already have.

Three ways to live it.

    Live with intention

    Choose what matters.

Life gets busy quickly. This is about stepping off autopilot, deciding what deserves your time and attention, and making choices that move you towards the life you actually want.

    Connect more

Make room for what matters most.

Family, relationships, presence and real connection in an increasingly distracted world because some of the most important moments in life are also the easiest to miss.

    Get more out of life

Don’t save it all for ‘one day’.

Try something new. Look after yourself. Change direction. Get outside. Take the trip. Chase the idea. Find more of the things that make you feel genuinely alive.

What the road taught us

Seven years on the road has taught us a lot about life off it.

Travelling Australia didn’t give us all the answers, but it did give us something incredibly valuable perspective.

  • 01Time is the only thing we never get more of.
  • 02A small space teaches you how little you actually need.
  • 03Presence beats planning almost every single time.
  • 04Success looks different once you stop borrowing someone else’s version of it.
  • 05“Enough” is a decision, not a number.
  • 06Connection is built in ordinary days, not big occasions.

We’re still figuring plenty of it out, but when something feels worth sharing, this is where you’ll find it.

Feel Good Living

You don’t need our life. You need a life that feels like yours.

For us, it started with one question. Maybe yours starts with one too what would you do differently if you stopped waiting for “one day”?
