(a) To enter the Competition you must follow the instructions provided in the Competition Information
and all Entry Requirements and enter within the Entry Period.
(b) The Promoter reserves the right to verify the identity of any participant and may disqualify a
participant from the Competition who does not meet the Eligibility Criteria in accordance with
these terms and conditions (Terms).
(c) Unless expressly stated otherwise, all associated expenses with entering the Competition are the
responsibility of the participant.

(d) If the Entry Requirements involve using a social media platform or some other third party
platform, please remember that platform will also have terms and conditions with which you must
comply. Our competition is not sponsored, endorsed or affiliated with any other third party
platform unless we state otherwise.

(a) Prize winner will be selected in accordance with the Winner Selection Process set out above
(b) Prize winner will be contacted as soon as practicable after the Selection and may be announced
on our website/s or social media channels, you provide a release to allow us to announce you as
winner when entering the competition.
(c) All participants acknowledge that the elected prize winner(s) are final and binding.
(d) The Promoter will make a reasonable effort to contact the prize winner. If a winner does not
respond within a reasonable time to such contact, or can’t be contacted, the Prize may be
forfeited and a new winner selected at the Promoter’s discretion.
(e) Some prizes may require prize winners to sign legal documents requested by the Promoter or
prize supplier to transfer or accept ownership where necessary.

(a) Only prize winners will receive Prizes.
(b) Prizes will be delivered within a specific timeframe or, if not mentioned, within a reasonable time
after the announcement of winner.
(c) If a Prize is sent directly to a winner’s address, the Promoter is not liable for any delay, loss or
damage that occurs during transit.
(d) Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. If a Prize becomes unavailable, the
Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with another prize of equal or greater value at its

advised to seek independent financial or accounting advice before accepting it.
(f) The Promoter is not liable for any loss, injury, death or damage suffered by the prize winner in
connection with the Prize (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), to the
maximum extent permitted by law.

(a) The Promoter can disqualify any participant who, in its reasonable belief has:
(i) breached these Terms;
(ii) engaged in misconduct that jeopardises the fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the
Competition; or
(iii) tampered with the entry process or attempted to interfere with the competition, including
through computer viruses, bugs, hacking or unauthorised intervention;
(b) The Promoter reserves the right to recover damages or any other compensation from any
disqualified participant who has breached the Terms.


(a) By participating in the Competition, you agree and acknowledge that the Promoter will collect
personal information (Personal Information) such as your name, address, phone number and

(c) The Promoter may use your Personal Information to promote the competition and announce
prize winners. You will not receive compensation or royalties for this.
(d) You also consent to your Personal Information being provided to third parties who are assisting
the Promoter, including prize suppliers, deliverers and authorities that regulate competitions.
(e) Failure to provide accurate and complete Personal Information may result in disqualification.
(f) You can update your Personal Information by contacting the Promoter.

(a) The Promoter owns all intellectual property rights (including copyright and any trademarks where
registered) related to the competition.
(b) The participant grants the Promoter a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use the content of their
entry (in whole or in part) for any purpose without payment of royalties or compensation.
(c) Participants consent to the infringement of any moral rights (as defined in the Copyright Act 1968
(Cth)) (Moral Rights) by the Promoter with respect to any entry in the Competition.
(d) Participants warrant that their entry does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
and indemnify the Promoter for any breach of this clause.

(a) To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, injury
or expenses arising from:
(i) errors, omissions, interruptions, corruptions, delays, theft or unauthorised access to
Competition entries, including any failure to receive an entry due to technical problems or
security breaches;
(ii) disappointment or dissatisfaction experienced by participants; and
(iii) technical malfunctions of computer networks and systems that affect the Competition.
(b) Participants agree to indemnify the Promoter for any actions, claims, liabilities, proceedings or
demands resulting from any loss or damage, including legal fees and expenses.

(a) If the Competition is affected by circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control (such as power
failures, natural disasters, pandemics etc), the Promoter may cancel and restart the Competition
at a later date under the same conditions, subject to regulatory approval. No payments or
refunds (where applicable) will be issued in such cases.
(b) The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Competition at any time and without liability to
participants, subject to regulatory approval.

(a) Amendment: the Promoter may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
(b) Entire Agreement: these Terms contain the entire understanding and agreement between the
parties in respect of the Competition.

(c) Jurisdiction: the laws of the Jurisdiction govern the Competition.
