Simple & Safe DIY Hand Sanitiser

You’ll need:

– A small spray bottle or spritzer

– Good quality organic Aloe Vera Gel (purchased from your local health food store or pharmacy)

– dōTERRA On Guard essential oil (find more details here)

– Water

Method:

Add a good squeeze of Aloe Vera Gel to your spray bottle/spritzer.

Add 20 drops of dōTERRA On Guard essential oil, then top with water.

Note: High quality essential oils can be stored in plastic containers if highly diluted.
